RHS Class of '69 Reunion Committee respects your privacy.


Our security policy

Our policy is simple. The only information we collect from you is to update our records so we may contact you concerning RHS'69 Reunion events. This information is only collected if you voluntarily provide it in one of the forms provided on the website. Your use of the website or what is presented to you does not change regardless if you have provided updated information or not.


In the rare times we have something that allows payments by credit card for RHS'69 events, most of this policy would be in effect only when such payments are being accepted.


We may ask you for information that personally identifies you so the RHS'69 Reunion Committee may contact you to provide a response or carry out a transaction that you have requested. The personal information we collect may include your name, organization name, work e-mail, work phone, work or home address, information about your job function, and credit card information.


We use cookies (see below) to collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the site; the pages that you access while at the site and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used solely to help improve the site, analyze trends and administer the RHS'69 website. We may collect information about your hardware and software in order to maintain compatibility between our website and your computer or investigate an error you report. This information is held for less than 7 days and then automatically deleted.

In order to avoid your e-mail address or other personal information from being gathered and used by others for inappropriate or harmful purposes, we advise you to be cautious about posting a real e-mail address or other personal information to newsgroups, chats, or other public forums.

RHS Class of '69 Reunion Committee or this website is not responsible for security failures outside of our control.
