November 3 - Day 10

Yokohama - Tokyo

A busy day of sightseeing and shopping. Everyone boards the bus for places like Tsukuji Market, Aneyoko-cho and Gundam robot. The robot moves and lights up. Robots are a very big thing in Japan. There's also a Statue of Libery. This one is about 1/7th the size of its New York counterpart and overlooks Tokyo Bay.

Breakfast. Got to have energy for all the sightseeing and shopping ahead.

Three stops are planned for shopping today. This is the first: Tsukiji Market.

And it is crowded.

The longest line in the market was this one. Eggs.

It looks as if they were whipping up omlets.

Enough fish for now. Lunch is soba and sake at Asakusa

Our shoppers move on to Ameyoko-cho. This is even more crowded.

Wrapping up the day with dinner at Diver City

Another day in Tokyo is ahead. More shopping, more sightseeing and more eating.
